1When will the event take place?
All information regarding the events is available on our website and on our profile on Facebook.
2Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available on the official ticket distributor's website, and for some events also at the PreZero Arena Gliwice box office. The link to the distributor's website can be found in the description of the given event on our website under the tab Events.We encourage you to buy tickets online. This gives the event organiser the opportunity to contact the customer in the event of important changes to the event schedule.
3When will tickets be available to buy?
The start of ticket sales depends on the event organiser. As soon as tickets go on sale, this information will be available at the ticket offices, on our website and on Facebook.
4Are there still tickets available?
Ticket availability can be checked on the distributor's website. The link to the distributor's website can be found in the description of the given event on our website under the tab Events.
5Do I need to buy a ticket for my child?
This depends on the decision of the organiser of the event in question. All binding information can be found in the regulations for the event and/or directly from the organiser.
6Where can I buy a ticket for a person with a disability?
Tickets for wheelchair users are NEVER available for general sale. Please contact the ticketing service for the relevant event directly on each occasion.

7What are the opening hours of the ticket office?
During the summer holidays (July–August 2026), the ticket office will be closed. Please purchase your tickets online.
8Do the tickets have to be printed out, or can you have them on your mobile?

1Can you buy parking tickets?
Parking tickets are available in online advance sale or on the day of the event at the car park entrance. The link for the advance sale of parking tickets for a specific event can be found in the description of that event under the tab Events.

3Are there parking spaces for people with disabilities in the car park?
There are 25 parking spaces for disabled people in the car park. They are available exclusively for vehicles displaying a valid badge. Entry is free of charge upon presentation of a disabled person's ID card. Depending on the event organiser's decision, parking spaces may be subject to prior reservation.
On the day of the event
1Can I bring my own food and drink?
At the PreZero Arena Gliwice, bringing food and drink into the venue is strictly prohibited. You are welcome to use our catering kiosks, where you can buy fast food, cakes, sweet and savoury snacks, as well as cold and hot drinks.

Event volunteering
1How do I become a volunteer?
Those interested in volunteering at the PreZero Arena Gliwice are requested to contact us at: wolontariat@prezeroarenagliwice.pl.
2Are there any age restrictions?
Anyone who has turned 16 can become a volunteer. Applications from younger people are considered on an individual basis following a discussion with the coordinator.
#2 • For people with disabilities
PreZero Arena Gliwice is fully accessible to people with disabilities. Tickets for people with disabilities are available upon direct contact. We also offer special parking spaces and support from information staff and volunteers. People with disabilities can direct any questions by email to pomozemy@prezeroarenagliwice.pl
1Seats in the stands
On Level 1 of the Main Arena, there are 36 spaces for wheelchair users, with a companion seat next to each one. These are located at row 16, right next to the vomitories, in sectors ensuring very good visibility and easy access to the main thoroughfares.
In the immediate vicinity of the stand entrances, there are accessible toilets for people with disabilities. Please note that, depending on the organiser's decision or the type of event, the number of spaces may change.
2Ticket purchase
Depending on the type of event and the ticketing system, each ticket agent has separate rules for booking or selling seats for disabled people.
Tickets for wheelchair users are never available on general sale. Please always contact the ticketing service for the specific event directly. A link to the distributor's website can be found in the description of the given event on our website under the events tab.
3Parking spaces
Access to the PreZero Arena Gliwice car parks is available via Kujawska and Akademicka streets. The venue has 25 dedicated parking spaces, which are made available prior to the event. Parking spaces for disabled people during events at PreZero Arena Gliwice are free of charge. There is no need to reserve them. Car park staff allow entry upon presentation of a disabled person's parking permit displayed behind the vehicle's windscreen.
Any information on site will be provided by the information staff stationed at the car park entrances.
4Emergency services and volunteers
Information services and volunteers are deployed in the main thoroughfares of the PreZero Arena Gliwice and outside the venue, e.g. at the entrance to each car park. Both groups are marked so that they can be easily recognised from a distance (services - black uniform with the inscription “Information Services/Security”, volunteers - light blue jackets / orange T-shirts and an ID badge with the inscription „Volunteer”).
#3 • PARKING
On-site car parks can accommodate 800 vehicles. During events, alternative car parks are also brought into operation.
Parking is subject to a fee during events. Prices vary depending on the event. Parking spaces can be purchased online in advance or on-site. The link to the website where you can reserve a parking space can be found in the event description on our website. When no event is taking place at PreZero Arena Gliwice, parking is free of charge in any of the five car parks (P1-P5). There are 25 parking spaces available for people with disabilities, which are reserved exclusively for vehicles displaying a valid badge. Entry for such vehicles is free of charge.

See how to get to the arena as quickly as possible:
1By car
PreZero Arena Gliwice is situated by the strategic intersection of the A1 and A4 motorways and the Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa, which enables easy and quick access from nearby cities and convenient communication with other voivodeships.
2By bus
To PreZero Arena Gliwice goes ZTM bus no. 702 from the centre and the M1 line from Katowice. Check the timetable (here). The stop is Gliwice Arena Widowiskowo-Sportowa.
3By train
Gliwice railway station serves numerous domestic connections. The distance to the PreZero Arena Gliwice is 3 km. You can get there on foot, by bike, on a scooter, by bus 702 or by taxi.
4By plane
PreZero Arena Gliwice is situated 50 kilometres from Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport and 70 kilometres from Kraków Balice Airport. Access from both airports is possible via the A1 and A4 motorways.
