As you know, following the government’s decision, a number of events at Arena Gliwice have been cancelled or postponed as a precautionary measure to contain the spread of COVID-19.
Though we are facing considerable difficulties, we’re doing our best to make sure we’re ready to reopen as soon as it’s safe to do so. This includes cooperating with our event organizers to reschedule events that have been affected.
If you have a ticket to one of these events, there are a number of options:
- Keep the ticket and attend the event when it reschedules
In this case, there’s nothing you need to do – your tickets remain valid. This applies to the following events:
- Freestyle Heroes (rescheduled to 30 May 2020)
Your tickets remain valid.
If you’d like to return your ticket for this event, you can do so by contacting the retailer you bought them from.
- Riverside (rescheduled to 19 June 2020)
Your tickets remain valid.
Everyone who’s purchased a ticket to this concert will receive an email with more detailed information about returns.
- Lao Che (rescheduled to 12 June 2020)
Your tickets remain valid.
If you’d like to return your ticket for this event, you can do so by contacting the retailer you bought them from.
- Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds (postponed until 2021)
Your tickets remain valid.
- Return your ticket
You may have bought your ticket online or in person. This determines the return procedure.
